George Will: "Today's liberals favor indignation over information.."

That's what George Will had to say about the complete and utter overreaction of the left over Arizona's new immigration law.

Townhall.com has the entire article and its very good. Liberals and "Pro-Immigrant" groups have been foaming at the mouth screaming that this will make Arizona similar to Nazi Germany where citizens were asked for their "papers".

Obama didn't do much better when he basically alluded to police officers harassing innocent people for no reason:

"Now suddenly if you don't have your papers and you took your kid out to get ice cream, you're going to be harassed."

Very nice, Obama. So I guess we're all unprofessional racists, huh Obama? Thanks very much.

Of course, besides being part of the problem, Obama is apparently completely ignorant to the fact that federal immigration law already REQUIRES that immigrants carry their "papers" with them.

"Every alien, eighteen years of age and over, shall at all times carry with him and have in his personal possession any certificate of alien registration or alien registration receipt card issued to him."

Always inspiring to see our president so knowledgeable and intelligent about what he speaks. God help us.
